mysql の datetime を Template の中でフォーマット

Template::Plugin::Date もだめだし Template::Plugin::DateTime もうまくいかんかった。
で、Template::Plugin::TimeDate を使ったらうまくいったー。
（変な名前なので試すの最後にしてた）
